简介 Introduction
大袋开袋站通过提升吨袋至物料入口,人工打开吨袋卸料口扎绳,并辅以拍打装置促使吨袋内的粉粒装物料靠重力落进缓冲料罐并通过螺杆输送来完成拆包卸料工作。可广泛用于制药、化工、食品等行业。
By lifting tone bag to feed inlet, operator unravels the bag strand and claps device to make materials in sack to fall into buffering pin. Screw conveys material to fulfill discharging process. This design could be widely applied in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
工作原理Principle
该系统由其中吊架、大袋拍打装置、气动夹紧装置、缓冲料罐、称重螺杆输送及卸料罐组合而成。大袋开袋站用于大装物料的卸料,为半自动操作。包装大袋由电动葫芦提升,包装袋的袋绳挂在钢性支架上。手动操作电动葫芦提升和行走,沿着行走导轨运行到卸料区域上方并使大袋处于卸料位置。
按下按钮,夹紧气缸上升,操作人员将包装袋的卸料口拉到夹紧装置的内圈,按下夹紧按钮,夹紧气缸下降,通过密封圈压紧夹袋器内圈将袋口夹紧。此时操作人员打开吨袋卸料口扎绳,物料通过夹袋器内圈开始卸料,卸料过程无粉尘泄漏,物料在重力作用下沿管道开始卸料。
卸料过程中,为使物料在包装袋和管道内流畅,增加拍袋装置,可以震松物料。物料经过拍打后落入缓冲罐内,并由螺杆均匀输送至卸料管部分,最终达到客户指定的设备中。
卸料完毕后,夹紧器打开夹带按钮,夹袋机升起,人工操作电葫芦起升,吊出空袋。This system is composed of hanging bracket, sack clapping device, pneumatic clamping device, buffering storage bin, weighing screw conveying and discharging bin. Sack opening station is used to discharge ton bag materials semi-automatically. Sack is lifted by electronic hoist, and sack strand is hanging on the rigidity rack. Operator operates electronic hoist for lifting and moving along guide rail to the upward of discharging area.
Press bottom to raise air cylinder. Operator pulls sack discharge opening to the inner circle of clamping device. Press clamping bottom and air cylinder decreases with inner seal ring tightly clamps inner circle of sack holder. Operator now opens strand for ton bag discharging outlet and materials fall along the pipe.
Add clapping device to vibrate materials so that materials flow better in bag and pipe. After clapping, materials fall into buffering bin and are sent to discharging tube equally.
After discharging, clamping device opens button and bag-clamping device rises. Operator operate electric hoist to life the empty bag.
